An order dossier is one Shopify order taken into ProofLivo, with all its jobs and proof versions. Revisions never consume a new dossier. The files of a completed or cancelled dossier are kept for 12 months after it is closed; the approval record, decisions and comments are kept without limit. Prices in US dollars, billed through Shopify.

Included in every plan1 / 4

  • Automatic customer reminders, adjustable per workshop
  • Production tracking with your own workshop steps and bulk actions

How we count2 / 4

What counts as an order dossier?

One Shopify order that you take into ProofLivo, whatever the number of personalised items, proof versions or corrections it contains. A dossier is counted once, when it is created, in the current period.

Order 1048: 50 polos, V1 refused then V2 approved1 dossier
An order with three personalised items, so three jobs1 dossier
A new version published after approval0 dossier
An order cancelled after being taken in1 dossier, already counted

The period

The period follows the 30-day Shopify billing cycle and the dossier counter restarts every period. Storage is a permanent ceiling.

When a limit is reached3 / 4

What happens when I reach a limit?

Dossiers: existing dossiers stay fully usable, you can still collect approvals, publish versions, produce and export. An order received beyond the quota is not lost: it waits, visible in the app, and is imported automatically as soon as the quota frees up, at the next period or with a larger plan. Nothing is charged on top.

Storage: when the ceiling is reached, new files are refused until space is freed or the plan changes. You free space by archiving completed dossiers; nothing is deleted without your say before 12 months.

What is never lost

Without an active subscription (cancelled or expired), nothing new is created, but everything that exists stays readable, exportable and usable: your customers can still decide, production and exports continue, and orders received in the meantime wait to be imported. The approval record, decisions and comments are never deleted; data is deleted only after uninstallation, when Shopify requests it.

Billing4 / 4

How is billing handled?

Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice. You pick the plan in ProofLivo's settings, approve it in your Shopify admin, and the app checks the status with Shopify before activating anything. ProofLivo never asks for a card.

You can change plan or cancel from the same settings. The period's usage (dossiers, storage) is shown there at all times.

Admin settings, Billing tab: Production plan active in test mode, dossiers created this period, storage used, the two plans with price and volumes, Refresh from Shopify and Cancel buttons.
The Billing tab in the settings: current plan, usage for the period and the two plans. Shown here on the demo workshop, in Shopify test mode, with no real billing.

Start with the demo, no account and no card.
