  • Import the Shopify orders to personalize, by rules or by hand
  • Publish the artwork: the customer gets an approval link by email
  • Comments stay attached to the version they refer to
  • Production only starts on an approved version
  • Your own workshop steps, from digitizing to shipping
  • An order changed after approval opens a review, nothing is overwritten

Why

Three workshop problems, three precise answers

Changes are scattered

One customer replies by email, another by message, a third by phone. When it is time to produce, nobody knows which remark applies to which version.

Every comment is attached to the proof version it refers to.

The approval is ambiguous

"Looks good", but about which file? An "ok" buried in a ten-message thread protects nobody if there is a dispute.

The customer approves one specific version after confirming the instructions shown. The decision is dated.

The workshop waits without knowing

The machine is ready, the order is paid, but is the artwork approved? Teams chase customers or produce blind.

Each job shows its status and its next action. Production only starts on an approved version.

A change request explains
A comment is required to request changes. It stays attached to the version it concerns.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

1Do my customers need an account?

No. They open a review page from a secure link sent by email, valid for a limited time. Opening the email never approves anything.

2Can customers request changes?

Yes. A change request requires a comment, which stays attached to the version it concerns.

3Can one order contain several custom jobs?

Yes. Each job has its own instructions, its own proof versions and its own approval.

4What happens when I upload a new version?

The new version is published and needs its own approval. The previous approval is not reused, and the production floor never sees the old file as current.

5Does ProofLivo create the artwork?

No. Your team prepares the files with its usual tools and shares them in ProofLivo.

6Does completing production mark the order as shipped?

No. Production and shipping are distinct. Fulfilment stays in Shopify.

7Which languages are available?

English and French, for your team and for your customers' review pages and emails.
